In the Gedeo region of Ethiopia there is a co-operative of coffee farmers called Hafursa. This co-op of 893 members grows indigenous heirloom varietals of coffee at very high altitudes.
In the cup you will find many fruit-forward attributes including lime zest, strawberry and clover honey sweetness.
